Trace Welch

Born and raised in Florida, Trace has always been driven by a passion for helping others and achieving personal growth. From an early age, he cultivated discipline and dedication, skills that have carried through to both personal and professional life. As a violinist since the age of 7, Trace understands the importance of precision and perseverance, qualities that translate seamlessly into the work he does as an insurance agent.

 

Outside of work, Trace is deeply committed to physical fitness, finding balance and focus through regular gym workouts and an avid love for volleyball. These activities not only foster a healthy lifestyle but also reflect a mindset of constant improvement and overcoming challenges. He is also a passionate follower of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), having been deeply influenced by his MMA coach, whose mentorship has shaped much of his approach to both life and business.

 

With a goal of eventually having his own health insurance agency, Trace is working toward creating a business that prioritizes customer service, education, and accessibility in health insurance. Whether assisting clients with their insurance needs or empowering individuals to live healthier lives, Trace is dedicated to helping people navigate challenges, protect what matters most, and achieve their personal goals.
